Descriptif du poste

You will work as a key component for the EMEA Planning team and will act as liaison between EMEA markets and different internal teams including Supply Chain, Sales and Merchandising.

Given the diversity of the scope (Partners, Joint ventures), the candidate will be the point of contact in various multi-disciplinary matters: planning, buying, system implementation and continuous improvement.

Our mainly objective is to bring the best support to both internal teams and external clients during the season to reach and improve overall outcomes.

You'll have the chance to:

  • Work in a multicultural team and be exposed to different business models and functions which will make you understand the process of selling a collection from product selection to the final delivery to customers.

Key Duties and main responsibilities:

Pre-Season Sell In Preparation:

- Manage samples requests for our clients (Prevision delivery / Follow-up the preparation…)

- Analyze previous Sell-in season and propose newness for the coming seasons.

- Be the key internal contact (Merch team / Commercial team) for the management of administrative accounts.

- Help to build and update reports / files for the clients (masterdata / pricing report…)

- Budget: Forecast the needs for the season to anticipate future challenges

Sell In period:

- Manage the different official launch of production for the new season Manage the different milestones (opening & deadlines) during buying sessions.

- Improve the forecast accuracy of our clients.

- Ensure all orders are validated and integrated - for all categories.

- Construct a follow up dashboard for Sales & Forecast / Work on new KPIs.

- Keep a fluid communication with the clients & answer about their specific needs.

- Familiarize with Salesforce to bring the best support to our clients and ensure qualitative results.

- Develop new reports & trainings for EMEA region regarding internal processes and platforms improvements.

In-season management:

- Follow-up client's allocation and put action plan in place to optimize deliveries.

- Bring support on business opportunity during the season. (replenishment…)

- Answer to multiple requests of our clients (pricing information / collection information…)

- Managing the EMEA franchise development plan

Project Management:

- Track & register recurring problems encountered within the buying & forecasting process.

- Propose an action plan to solve these problems.

- Coordinate and leads action plans within the given time frame.

- Create new report and KPI to drive the business and our clients.

- Assist on different task force project and bring your expertise.

- Automate files to make them replicable, intuitive, and understandable


Profil recherché

The candidate shall have an interest in the fashion industry, product, figures and have a strong sense of analysis.

You are rigorous, proactive, team player and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry.

You have a good relationship with people, and a commercial awareness (considering both internal objectives and geopolitical factors).

You are comfortable with Excel. The knowledge of an ERP & Salesforce is a plus.

French & English fluency is required for this role.

Education: Bac +5 in Supply Chain / Purchasing Management/ data analysis / Merchandising.

Position to be filled by September / early October
