ABOUT US

According to Gartner, 80% of AI projects never reach deployment. Kili helps organisations address this problem with a data-centric approach to AI.

Our complete data-centric AI training platform empowers organisations such as SAP, Airbus and Capgemini to transition from "big data" to "good data". This approach fuels their AI projects with enhanced quality, accelerated go-to-production cycles and stronger transparency.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Paris.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a BDR, your role will be to conduct outbound phone outreach as the first representative of our products and services and the first phase of our sales process as we build our customer base and company. In this key revenue-generating role, you will pitch our SaaS Enterprise platform offerings to F1000 companies for the purpose of delivering qualified prospect leads and meeting for account executives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, self-starters to join a hyper-growth tech company and sales team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategize with Account Executive on which accounts to target within your territory
  • Use prospecting strategies to identify target accounts.
  • Conduct initial phone and email outreach to prospect Enterprise and Mid-Market companies.
  • Schedule and animate discovery meetings with prospects to qualify potential opportunities.
  • Quickly identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and present a compelling, credible business case for Kili's product and service.
  • Consistently achieve target numbers of activities (outbound calls and meetings/demos scheduled with qualified leads for example) per week/month.
  • Leverage CRM to track and prioritize sales activities and build/update our customer and prospect database.

     ABOUT YOU

    You have : 

  • Experience as the first point of contact for prospective customers
  • Experience identifying and qualifying sales ready leads
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to empathize with and identify the needs of prospects
  • Able to withstand or overcome frequent rejection
  • Tech savvy and enjoy learning about cutting edge products
  • Able to quickly build trust and relation with strangers
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Drive to be a "hunter"
  • An analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt
  • A first B2B experience (preferably SaaS) is a strong plus!
