The Executive Assistant at COMPLIANCE is responsible for assisting the Director and, where appropriate, members of the team, and for acting as the Department’s focal point for external and internal relations.
Reporting line: Compliance Director
What you’re going to do:
Assisting the Director:
Diary management, receiving visitors, organising meetings, committees and other appointments;
Collecting documents for certain meetings;
Organising business trips;
Validating requests in various tools for the Director;
Monitoring actions and deadlines.
Assisting the teams:
Monitor and organise meetings with the ECB, ACPR and AMF;
Helping to set up the various ACPR inspection teams (IT and various access points);
Manage Compliance distribution lists for France and Continental Europe;
Mail management;
Interface with various service providers and suppliers (preparation of contracts, orders, dispatch, monitoring of invoices, entry of expenses, etc.);
Participation in the organisation of events;
Ensuring the circulation of internal information.
Additional tasks:
Taking charge of the Group’s various foreign employees: organising their schedule in Paris, managing their arrival in terms of stewardship (booking rooms, access, etc.);
Managing and validating access (requests for badges, access, authorisation and parking for Compliance teams, etc.).
Conditions
Apply if you feel you match these skills:
Fluent English ; Fluent French
Good interpersonal skills, rigour, dynamism, autonomy, availability, initiative, team spirit, discretion, priority management;
2 years’ higher education (BTS or equivalent);
Proficiency in the Office pack and internal systems (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Fusion, other applications, etc.).
