Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead all supply chain planning activities within the FR market. You will coordinate the S&OP process within the wider business team in order to optimize the strategic procurement plan. You will then ensure a high product availability while optimizing the inventory levels in line the with market and company requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the S&OP for the FR market on all brands / for all distribution channels
• Coordinate the demand planning activity to define and align the forecast for each product / category
• Define the planning strategy to meet product availability and inventory targets at the right cost
• Build the procurement plan according to the strategy and its execution with the procurement team
• Pilot the production planning of our copackers: short term execution and mid / long term capacity planning
• Ensure the planning activities are properly reflected within the ERP
• Set up and monitor the key performance metrics to build and drive the related improvement action plan
• Ensure demand & supply readiness in the upfront stages of the new product development projects
• Monitor ageing stock and define proactively the prevention and exhaustion plan
• Run and coordinate the portfolio review aiming at optimizing the efficiency of each SKU
• Identify efficiencies on organization / tools / processes and implement the optimization plans
• Organize the supply chain team to drive efficiency on results and processes.
• Manage the planning team, building successions planning, coaching and developing each team member.

• With a master’s degree background (engineering school, business school, university, etc…), you can justify of 8-10 years minimum of supply chain experience, with 5 years spent on similar planning roles within an industrial environment.
• You have a solid background on FMCG planning and supply chain management
• Knowing the FR mass market environment is a must
• You are at ease in a fast changing and agile context and is capable to operate in an international and multicultural environment.
• You have strong leadership skills to engage and drive multifunctional teams
• Result oriented, you have strong analytical skills to identify and act on inefficiencies.
• Ability to handle high level of complexity, manage timings and set the right priorities
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and ability to use an ERP to pilot the operations
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication in both French and English.
