🌱 Within the Growth team, the CRM team is key in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams in their growth and international expansion (UK and US markets).
Through this role, you will contribute directly to defining, implementing and optimizing CRM sequences to improve conversion rates, satisfaction and prevent churn.

Actively participate in the development of the CRM business in collaboration with the Tech, Product and Data teams, in several phases of the customer journey 🤝
Define the pathways to be implemented for our inbound leads and customers by identifying CRM opportunities to address relevant and personalized content at key moments in the customer journey 👣
Ensure continuous optimization of these paths through A/B testing.
Create e-mailing campaigns (wording, formalization of visual requirements with our graphic designers, etc.) for inbound leads and customers ✉️
Analyze campaign performance 📈
Propose analyses to better understand our users’ behavior and propose actions accordingly.
Be a driving force behind the creation of new sequences, content and innovative concepts. You’ll have free rein to express your creativity! 🌱
