APAC and more specifically Japan is a zone where TPM solutions are expected to expand dramatically over the next years. Evernex that is already settled in Japan has set great ambitions and needs to recruit an ambitious and seasoned national VP Sales who will pave our way to success.

We are looking for our Vice President of Sales in Japan. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the country
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships
  • Setting collective/individual sales targets and forecasting sales volumes
  • Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed
  • Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance
  • Leading the team and inspiring high performance by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs

Job requirements:

  • Holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience and a strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role
  • Successfully built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams
  • Strong experience in consultative sales and ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships

Working condition:

  • Based in Japan.
