We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the brand team in our Marketing Community at Evaneos.

Reporting to the Brand & Comms Lead, you will assist in the project management of multi-channel media campaigns, help to roll out brand partnerships and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day marketing and communications.

Organized and a great communicator, you’re looking for a varied role supporting high-visibility activations. You’ll work across creative and performance teams, building strong relationships cross-functionally within Evaneos and with external agencies.

You’ll join a passionate company working to revolutionize the travel industry, creating better trips for travelers and better trips for the world.
Main missions
Support the roll-out of complex campaigns by communicating clear KPIs, deadlines and actions between teams
Coordinate, track and organize assets (visuals, videos, copy) across our main markets: FR, DE, ES, IT, NL
Work across marketing hubsto ensure the coordination of our 360 marketing plan on all channels
Help to build and implement our strategy for proactive and reactive brand partnerships
Manage regular short-term projects such as the deployment of a new brand CMS, coordination of events and on-site or at-destination photoshoots

KPIs
Lead and implement clear processes and frameworks
Deliver timely and organized project delivery
Support consistent monitoring and analysis
Build strong relationships between teams and provide operational support as needed


Profil recherché

Profile

You have excellent time management skills and are confident in owning your own projects within a collaborative team.

You may not have a creative background, but you’re as at ease with creative specs as problem-solving and information-gathering.

Passionate about sustainable travel
Demonstrated experience in project management
Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experienced in using Notion and the Google suite
Fluent or full professional proficiency in English; at least B2 spoken French
