Within a rapidly growing group, in a sector of activity with an environmental mission that encourages talent, Energy Pool is recruiting a local, permanent contract for a Key Account Manager to ensure the development of the company.

The Key Account Manager is responsible of one or several strategic customer(s) for providing our Solutions & Services.

Key Account responsibilities encompass acquisition, customer loyalty, customer centricity. She/He is driving the commercial strategy of her/his key account within Energy Pool.

This role is at the heart in the sales development of the company.

With the help of the Corporate teams, the main tasks are:

  • Direct follow-up of one or several Key Account (KA) of the company
  • Drive the sales strategy around those KA in accordance with the rest of the organization.
  • Define and agreed on the Top Lines figures generated with KA with the rest of the organization.
  • Participate to negotiations & contract closing in accordance with the Sales organization
  • Analyze customer pains & problems to propose KA the relevant Solutions & Services by promoting those within the KA environment.
  • Manage the relationships with KA from pre-sales to customer satisfaction (execution)


Profil recherché

The indispensable:

  • You come from an engineering or business school with a strong appetite for technical/complex and commercial subjects

  • You are familiar with the energy sector,

  • You have at least 5-10 years of experience in the tendering field

  • You are bilingual in French and English and you speak an other European language.

And ideally:

  • You are committed to learn and take required courses.
  • You know the major energy players as well as the stakeholders (political, regulatory, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate with others to meet tight deadlines.
  • Performs all duties in complete compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Mobility: Travels will be frequent.
