Within the Sales & Business team, in charge of revenue-related activities for DRIVECO (marketing, sales, development, structuring, financing, asset management, and energy), you will be responsible for managing and leading the asset management team and function. The team is currently made up of a few people and follow the growth of the company.

The team is responsible for supervising and managing the assets (EV charging stations - EVCS) that are owned by DRIVECO / in which DRIVECO is an investor. The function will have an international perimeter. The function deals with assets performance, contracts management, administrative management, and financial management of the dedicated project companies (SPVs – special purpose vehicles). The team is the preferred point of contact for third-party investors and land lessors for business matters.

The role requires strong analytical skills of operational and business KPIs (operational KPIs, usage statistics, electricity data, financial results), strong negotiation skills, and strong contract management skills.

The role also requires strong coordination with other Sales & Business teams (Sales, Business Development, Structured Finance, Energy) and other departments (Finance, Legal, Operations & Technical).

The team’s main missions:

1) Budget management and action plan for EVCS and SPVs:

a) Responsibility for the preparation & approval of the annual budget of the SPVs;

b) Responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the action plan in accordance with the annual budget.

2) Administrative and financial management of SPVs in coordination with the Finance Department:

a) Responsibility for supervising bills payments and revenue collection;

b) Responsibility for supervising the preparation and analysis of SPVs financial statements, annual audits, and tax filings;

c) Responsibility for supervising the underwriting of insurance policies and claims management.

3) Management of legal affairs of SPVs in coordination with the Legal Department:

a) Responsibility for supervising legal management of the SPVs;

b) Management of disputes matters related to the assets or the SPVs. 

4) Management of contractual and operational commitments of SPVs:

a) Management of the rights and obligations of the assets and SPVs under the various project contracts (Leases, EPC, O&M, electricity purchase) or financing contracts (equity, debt);

b) Renegotiation and implementation of new operational, financing or electricity purchase contracts. 

5) Supervision of the performance of EVCS assets in coordination with the Operations Department and the Technical Department:

a) Monitoring and analysis of the operational and financial performance of assets;

b) Market positioning analysis and competitive benchmark;

c) Propose and supervise technical, commercial or marketing actions in order to improve the performance and profitability of IRVEs;

d) Lead performance monitoring meetings and steering committees.
 

In addition to the team’s missions, your main missions:

· Management and monitoring of the asset management team:

o Definition & animation of the asset management strategy: Translate the group strategy into an operational asset management strategy. Adjust this strategy to reflect market evolutions.

o Performance optimization: Set up dashboards and regular meetings to monitor individual and collective performance, as well as for proactive resolution of problems encountered by the team. Encourage a collaborative work environment where sharing best practices is the norm. Promote a culture of results. Be responsible for the team's results.

o Team development: Identify training and skills development needs for each team member, by implementing personalized action plans.

· Relations with board members and other departments:

o Interdepartmental communication: Establish effective communication channels between the asset management function and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration on projects.

o Reporting and analytics: Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system to track business performance. Use data to make strategic decisions and communicate with Driveco’s management and board.

👩‍💻 Hard Skills

With a higher education, you have skills and experience in asset and contracts management.

● Bac+5 training, with at least 10 years’ experience in asset management and international team management.

● You have experience in infrastructure, renewables, or energy assets.

● You have good knowledge of contracts, legal, financial and commercial aspects of investment projects and assets. You have assets financing experience.

● You have strong analytical skills of operational and business KPIs (operational KPIs, usage statistics, electricity data, financial results), strong negotiation skills, and strong contract management skills.

● You are able to gain strategic height to translate the group strategy into operational asset management strategy.

● You master the concepts of third-party investors, landowners and leases.
