Your mission will be to improve our guidance algorithms and develop our next generation of AI models to facilitate the access to cardiac care (classification/segmentation/detection). You’ll achieve this by structuring our machine learning projects technically and in harmony with clinical and regulatory teams. You will work closely with software developers, researchers, and clinicians to implement models that can be integrated into our medical devices. You will join us to:
Lead the R&D team ( 3 data scientists + 1 full-stack)
Design ML pipelines from data collection to certified and clinically validated results
Lead the scientific documentation writing to support our regulatory submission to regulatory bodies ( FDA in the USA, CE mark in Europe)
Manage research projects, including project scoping, literature review, data collection, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
Promoting research work through communication and scientific publication
Required skills:
Strong background in ML/DL applied to medical imaging(image classification, segmentation, or detection) and with Deep learning frameworks (ideally Tensorflow/Keras)
Scientific writing and publications in ML/DL and
Project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments and clinicians
Experience in data collection and structuration
Communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in English
