Dalenys is looking for a talent to help them level up their internal communications.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Content & Communications and being part of the Marketing team, you will assist the team in every aspect of internal communication, including employees onboarding experience, internal events and training programms, content creation and promotion.

Deeply linked with employer branding goals, this role will require strong collaboration with HR team and will contribute to build a great employee experience.

Your missions :

• Implement internal communication action plan:

• Create content dedicated to Dalenys’employees: editorial support and project management for every type of format (videos, articles…)

• Build internal newsletters: writing and editing

• Organise events: speaker series, webinars…

• Contribute to the roadmap and editorial planning

• Update and improve communication tools between teams: intranet, messaging…

• Support HR team in the onboarding of new employees and training programms

• Master student in Communications, Marketing or Journalism, with strong interest for HR issues
• Excellent writing skills and organisational skills
• Creative thinker
• Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent english speaker
