Descriptif du poste

→ Your mission

As the founding member of the Sales Enablement Team, you will be in charge of boosting Sales performances by optimizing practices, processes, knowledge management and trainings.

This role reports to our VP Sales and you will work closely with 4 Sales Managers.

→ Your responsibilities

  • Do an audit of our Sales practices (onboarding, training, knowledge management, tool usages…) and define the most suited Sales enablement strategy to implement.

  • Create Sales standards by sharing information and by building a common onboarding process for new comers. You should also ensure that practices are understood and applied by the teams.

  • Improve Sales knowledge management by making sure it is complete for the teams and constantly up to date (with the support of Sales Managers).

  • Design consistent training programs for the teams by determining needs, priorities, tools and methods.

  • Animate the Sales teams to maintain a high level of implication and motivation.

Profil recherché

If you have…

  • At least 3 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in either Sales enablement or Sales.

  • Strong understanding of Sales practices. Having already participated in a pitch or in a Sales training implementation is a strong plus.

  • Proven experience in project management with transversal teams (Sales Managers of different teams and languages).

  • Creative skills. Being able to identify solutions (new practices, new tools…) to improve Sales performances.

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Necessary to efficiently communicate ideas, new processes and priorities to Sales Managers and to the teams.

  • Ability to work independently by prioritizing effectively.

  • Ability to work in English.We have English speakers in some Sales teams.
