As the CMO at Beev, you are tasked with transforming our marketing approach to sharply focus on B2B lead generation and performance marketing. Your mission is to develop and deploy a marketing and communication strategy that accelerates our growth, maximizes brand visibility, and generates a high volume of qualified leads. You will be instrumental in scaling our acquisition processes, enhancing our brand perception, and optimizing our product marketing strategy.

Key Responsabilities  

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to solidify Beev’s position as a leader in the electric vehicle sector, with a heavy emphasis on B2B markets.

  • Performance Marketing: Oversee and enhance the marketing efforts to ensure alignment with Beev’s business goals, focusing on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization and ROI.

  • Team Management: Lead and expand the marketing department, ensuring integration and alignment between the SEO, communications, and product marketing teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to enhance conversion rates and refine marketing strategies through a deep understanding of our product offerings.

  • Agency and Partner Management: Manage relationships with social advertising, SEO/SEA agencies, and PR firms to drive demand and lead generation.

  • Technology and Innovation: Leverage new technologies and growth opportunities to stay ahead of market trends and position Beev as an industry innovator.

  • Brand and Product Messaging: Ensure consistency in tone and brand image across all platforms while emphasizing the UX/UI in our product communications to enhance customer experience.


Profil recherché

  • Experienced and Driven: Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing green tech / mobility company. Significant experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and demand generation.

  • Skills and Expertise: Exceptional storytelling skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Must be data-driven with strong analytical skills and an eye for design.

  • Leadership: Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage teams. Must have a hands-on approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and French. Ability to manage internal communication and foster a team-oriented environment.

  • Passionate: A keen interest in mobility, electric vehicles, and sustainability is crucial for cultural fit and lasting impact.
