🌟 The Role
The GM right-hand Internship is a very entrepreneurial one-time opportunity to participate in the early development of a scale-up’s local office and activity.
Within our local fast-growing team, you will work directly with the General Manager Italy. Your primary missions will be to support and help frame our development, with the ultimate goal of enabling our Go-to-Market strategy.
This is an entrepreneurial role that requires a combination of skills in data analysis, finance, and project management. You will collaborate with different teams on various projects that are crucial to support Beem Energy’s growth in Italy.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Project Management (40%)
- Help define and validate key hypothesis (i.e. product, purchasing habits, etc.) as we discover the Italian market
- Adapt material such sales pitches, marketing and online content to the Italian market
- Work on cross-functional projects that involve multiple teams
- Assist in implementing process improvements and new tools/systems
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to team rebalancing needs (e.g. Inbound sales, Customer Care, etc.)
Data analysis (40%)
- Help put in place dashboards to track performance
- Contribute in identifying and putting in place improvement
- Prepare performance reviews and presentations for the ExCo
Recruitment (20%)
- Source profiles and manage a diverse pipe of candidates
- Adapt our recruitment strategy to local market
- Contribute to building our local office culture
