The Labour Law team works inside the Expertise Team, playing a key role in supporting and providing expertise to the People team and the business in individual and collective procedures. From preparing CSE meetings to providing training in labour law, supporting the launch of the business in new countries or providing legal advice to HR partners, the Labour Law team ensures that Back Market meets its legal and regulatory obligations.

As a Labour Law Apprentice, you will be working in close collaboration with the People Partners and the People Expertise teams to support them with all day-to-day labour law and labour relations matters. As well as helping the team in various projects and providing advice and guidance in the subject. 

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Offer advice and guidance to our teams regarding various French and International labour law subjects
  • Prepare and participate in CSE meetings & negotiation meetings
  • Ensure a watch on Labour law subjects & conduct legal researches
  • Draft templates, collective agreements and policies
  • Create templates and practical mementos for the People team
  • You’re At The Right Place If:

  • You are a student in French Labour law
  • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship contract from September 2023
  • English and French are no-brainers (fully professional capability). If you’re extra cool and speak more languages, bonus points for you!
  • You already have prior internship experience in related area
  • You are endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment and you are organized when managing multiple tasks
  • About the Internship:

    - Starting date is from September, 2023

    - Duration : 12 months

    - Location : Paris, France

    --> You must be enrolled in a French school offering an apprenticeship program
