Job Purpose

Workstream leader on various key transformation workstreams with the goal to [i] implement IMRA’s future Target Operating Model (“SHIFT”) until 12/2022 as well as to [ii] develop and implement IMRA’s decarbonization strategy (“GREEN SHIFT”) from 01/2023 onwards

Environment/Business

SHIFT: Project SHIFT is implementing a new Target Operating Model for IMRA globally until 12/2022. The project is structured around three major components: Value Chain (incl. data), IT and Change Management. Each of these components consists of multiple workstreams and involves multiple internal and external stakeholders. As part of the project these three components have to come together to deliver the future platform in a sustainable way.

GREEN SHIFT: Project GREEN SHIFT is an integral part of IMRA’s decarbonization strategy. The project has recently been launched and is expected to be a multi-year initiative driven out of IMRA’s ESG Business. As of today, the project is structured around three pillars: Reducing carbon, avoiding carbon and sequestrating carbon. Each of these pillars consists of multiple workstreams and involves multiple internal and external stakeholders. The project has started by analysing a sample of IMRA’s assets with the goal of implementing a pathway to net zero for each of these assets. Once this has been achieved, the project will be rolled out to IMRA’s entire portfolio by considering the lessons learned.
