ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a driven, energetic and coachable individual, seeking an opportunity to kickstart their career in sales. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter, using your initiative and creativity to achieve goals.

THE POSITION

Our BDRs are the first step of the customers’ purchasing journey. They attract new prospects to grow Arianee’s pipeline. They work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to design and run prospecting campaigns.

Responsibilities :

  • Continue to build and enrich our database of prospects
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Determine the prospect’s interest in Arianee
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and prospects
  • Achieve 150+ qualified activities per week (email / Inmail / call)
  • Achieve 12 net new opportunities per month
  • Maintain the integrity of data in Arianee’s Hubspot CRM

Profil recherché

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years software (SaaS) sales experience
  • Proven experience of accurately hitting targets
  • Strong interest in web3
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
