What you will be doing :

• Guiding and coaching 2 development teams on how to use Scrum practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers
• Facilitating and supporting all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Building a trusting and safe environment by supporting the team in solving problems by themselves and resolving the problem that exceed the team’s self-organizing capabilities
• Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new request
• Ensuring governance, e.g. effort tracking within Sprints using Jira, documentation within wiki (Confluence)
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
• Contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
• Participating in Center of Excellente (CoE) for agile process to share experience within the organization

Who are we looking for ?

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, ideally with IT background
• 2+ years of expérience in a scaled Agile Environment
• Experience with agile planning tools and Jira
• Experience in working with virtual, globally distributed, multicultural teams remotely
• Strong English communication skills in written and spoken form
• Knowledge in software development
• Participation in agile communities is preferred
