To combat this, we’ve created a BtoB wholesale marketplace designed to help independent retailers to compete against larger competitors and thus maintain a connected community of stores, brands and shoppers in the places we live.

Established in 2019 in France, we’ve since expanded to other European countries, including Spain, Germany, UK and the Netherlands. Driven by our commitment to customer satisfaction, we constantly innovate to develop cutting-edge tools and services that set new standards in the market.

The opportunity and responsibilities :

As a Talent Apprentice, you’ll join the Ankorstore People team on a mission to provide best in class employee and candidate experience.

Our aim is to develop your competencies so that you acquire all the skills and knowledge of a strong HR professional, by participating actively in the life of our Talent Acquisition and Experience teams. Reporting to the Sr Talent Acquisition Partner and Workplace Partner your main missions will be:

• Own the Ankorstore intern and Apprentice program, and be in charge of attracting and hiring the best candidates

• Qualify candidates and coach them throughout the process until closing - while ensuring the best candidate experience at each step of the way

• Own our Campus Management strategy for students, graduates and young professionals

• Design and implement rituals to foster team-spirit for our employees in partnership with People Partners and Managers

• Propose adapted and innovative ways to communicate and reinforce the sense of belonging at Ankorstore

• Organize online and in-person events (breakfast, parties, offsites…)

• Actively participate in Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience projects, as well as contribute to People team projects as part of our wider People strategy

Your profile:

• You are a student in HR, and you are looking for a year-long apprenticeship.

• You are passionate about working with and for People

• You are perfectly fluent in English and French (Spanish or German are a plus!)

• You are excited by fast paced environments, but always think about what you are building long-term.

• You are described as someone detail-oriented & organised while being practical and proactive

• Humility and ambition are the basis of your professional approach.

• You think structure and rigour go hand in hand with flexibility and innovation.

• You are known for your positive attitude.

• You take on a collaborative, practical, and human-centric approach.

• You are comfortable with Google suite and master communication and design tools

• You think that simple is better than smart, and 'done' is better than 'perfect'.
