As a Talent Acquisition Intern at AGICAP, you will report to Chloé, Head of TA. In a context of hyper-growth, your role will be focussed on the French market, as well as our International offices when needed.

You will will learn the ins and outs of a well-oiled talent acquisition team in one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe :

- Sourcing : ensuring a full and sufficient candidate pipeline

- Screening / coaching : interviewing candidates and coach them for the next steps

- Marketing : being an ambassador improving the notoriety of AGICAP

- Operations : maintaining a Fast, Objective and Candidate Centric process of recruitment

From day 1, you will be given a lot of ownership and will manage your candidates and processes, being in contact daily with top management and have great exposure within the company.
