Working within the People Operations team together with the HRBP team, you will be in charge of daily actions covering all payroll, administration and legal actions related to our employees at Agicap in all our countries. Providing flawless execution and embedded service will be key to maintain a great employee experience and agility to the business. 

Your main responsibilities will be :

- Support the Head of People Ops in strategic projects

- Be aware of all legal news for all countries with the People Ops support to try and act on those

- Be the payroll manager for all countries, to assist the local People Ops

- Be the expert on HR topics to assist the HRBP teams when local People Ops can’t

- Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to the HR team.

- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible. 

- Collaborate with the rest of the People Team (Talent Acquisition, Process, Operations, Learning and Development…) and with other departments

⭐️ What we are looking for :

• Degree in French labour law, human resources or another field relevant to HR (equivalent to bac+5)

• A 3-5 years’ experience post studies in human resources and/or labour law, ideally in a tech start-up environment including employee relations.

• Mandatory first experience on payroll topics

• Fluency in French and English

• Detail driven person with a bias for data, numbers and accurate work.

• Mature and confident personality, capable of working autonomously and with great planning skills.
