Join our Sales France team at AB Tasty, made up of 3 Account Executives and 2 SDRs.
Your daily mission will be to prospect different sectors such as Retail, E-commerce, Banking, Insurance or B2B, with the help of our Marketing team who will provide you with leads via Webinars, Trade Shows... and with whom you will collaborate on common campaigns.
The aim is to plan discovery calls with prospects to create maximum business opportunities for Account Executives.
You'll need to develop your skills in the sales pitch, and your understanding of the market and the product, in order to adapt your approach to each persona. A progressive integration program is planned and you will be supported by the Head of New Business.
As part of our expansion, your critical and entrepreneurial spirit will be called upon to continually improve our processes and support AB Tasty's growth. You'll have a real role to play in the team's future.
You'll have plenty of tools at your disposal to develop your skills and achieve your goals (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, etc.).

What you'll do:
Analyze/map the accounts in your pipeline and define the best approach/strategy for each.
Identify key decision-makers likely to support the project internally.
Convince prospects to discover AB Tasty during a discovery meeting.
Identify prospects corresponding to AB Tasty's KPI (Sector, Business stakes, Team organization...).
Work closely with the Account Executives, providing them with the information they need to ensure the success of the meetings you schedule.
Be proactive and suggest improvements to AB Tasty's Sales practices/approaches.
Identify and communicate market needs to product teams.
