As the Senior Product Manager for Kiln Connect, you will be responsible for Kiln Connect’s commercial success, strategic vision, roadmap, positioning and packaging. You will also lead Kiln’s internal and external data initiatives to set up a strong foundation for internal reporting and market analysis, leverage Kiln Connect and other market-leading products.

Responsibilities:

Kiln Connect Product Management

• Lead the Kiln Connect product roadmap, by assessing internal needs and learning from customer insights on innovative data practices.

• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to integration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

• Own the product positioning with the Marketing team: communication, ICP, distribution channels

• Own the product packaging with Sales and Legal teams: price, commercial arrangements, SLAs, liability

Data Leadership

• Be the primary point of contact for all data matters at Kiln that intersect with financial metrics, customer engagement, and engineering.

• Lead data projects and ensure the alignment with business objectives - in collaboration with our COO, CRO and CPO.

• Design and implement an evolving data framework to address Kiln revenue and product challenges.

• Drive data analysis and provide insights to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and boost revenue potential.

Data Operations

• Improve data collection from internal systems, on-chain activities and through our partners.

• Advance customer reporting and internal data distribution, reducing manual efforts through automation.

• Support Finance, Sales and Engineering teams by providing data analysis and interpretations.

• Actively engage with teams, customers and partners to enhance product-driven thinking.

Kiln Connect in numbers:

Requirements:

• 5+ experience in product management on data-intensive products

• Strong demonstrated interest in the crypto industry

• Strong technical acumen to communicate well with engineering teams. Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis using business intelligence tools, API development lifecycles and versioning

• Robust understanding of the data infrastructure and tooling market

• Native or perfectly fluent in English and French

Nice-to-have:

• Professional experience in the crypto or fintech industry

• Hands-on experience with cloud data services programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)

• Experience with cloud data services

• Familiar with financial data management, understanding the intricacies of financial planning, reporting, and revenue optimization
