We are looking for our next SDR to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Paris.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will be to proactively develop new business leads and enhance existing relationships while utilising your strong business acumen and prospecting skills to qualify opportunities and set up next steps for further discussions.

More specifically, you will methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.

You will have the opportunity to run demos alongside AEs in order to naturally progress into conducting your own demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new leads and set up appointments through various engagement and research techniques, proactive outbound prospecting and outreach
  • Generate new business opportunities by following processes to prospect into business accounts
  • Track, vet and qualify inbound leads
  • Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
  • Demonstrate strong forward-thinking sales techniques and influencing skills
  • Achieve monthly quotas to maintain a sustainable pipeline
  • Work closely with our Growth Team to build strategy for account mapping and breaking into the market 
  • Develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • ABOUT YOU

     You have/you are :  

  • Previous experience in sales development with a background in SaaS Sales
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with CRMs used to manage the sales pipeline.
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process for large SaaS investments.
  • You are strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious
  • The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and an excellent phone manner
  • You are a master at nurturing relationships and creating rapport
  • Expert written and verbal communication
