For all employees, individual goals are set at the start of the year, reviewed in the middle of the year and evaluated at the end of the year. At the end of this cycle, salaries are reviewed individually (once a year) based on performance, market data and internal equity.
I joined the company in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, I worked in technical support before joining the Planning & Statistics department to design tools. From 2008 to 2014, I designed internal applications as a developer, lead developer and then project manager. From 2015 to 2017, I had versatile roles within a subsidiary in charge of application development. From 2018 to 2019, I was lead developer of a squad on the "Product" side before switching to the "Delivery" team. Since 2020, I've been leading the "Application Delivery" team, i.e. around 20 people dedicated to several products.
My common thread is that I didn't want to get bored ;-)
To help our teams develop their skills, we offer unlimited access for everyone to 2 training platforms accessible all year round. Depending on the needs identified, we schedule targeted training (e.g. AWS, OWASP, product management, English, management, MySQL, Vue.js, Scrum Master...). Finally, we organise regular sharing of experience and good practices between peers (some interventions are filmed and recorded in our knowledge base), invitations to conferences/specialized events, and internal mentoring where our experts support the most juniors in their development.

Beyond the recurring team meetings, each quarter we have an "IT Town Hall" prepared by our CTO and animated by different interlocutors who share with us all the news and IT projects concerning the company. To meet up with colleagues, we regularly organise breakfasts at the office as well as afterwork drinks. To help us keep in shape and recharge our batteries, all employees are encouraged to engage in our global wellness program. We provide wellness guidance as well as an application that measures everyone's physical activity and publishes a monthly ranking of the most active employees.
