You will join the Marketing department and more precisely the Outbound Marketing team, in charge of generating a pipeline of sales opportunities in key strategic targeted industries.

Your responsibilities:

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate extensively with the Sales team.

As a Growth Outbound Manager you will: 
- Develop a stable, scalable, and quantifiable outbound lead generation process
- Aim to generate a pipeline exceeding XXXk€ per month
- Craft an intent-driven lead generation system.

Your missions: 

- Define and execute an international outbound strategy to increase our BDR’s connected rate
- Develop the technical stack required to execute this strategy (e.g. automated enrichment cascade, CRM to BDR tool connection, best in class email deliverability capabilities)
- Ensure together with the Ops team the CRM data quality
- Define and implement high performing cadences
- Ensure the quality of companies and contact enrichment
- Coordinate with the BDR team
- Ensure robust campaign quantitative analysis
- Iterate, test and learn: Rapidly test new ideas, experimenting with fresh content, exploring new markets, and testing new verticals to discover the most effective campaigns to achieve our pipeline goals.
- Collaboration: coordinate with other marketing initiatives, utilizing pre-event acquisition campaigns to populate marketing events and distribute resources (e.g., in-person events, webinars, new content, lead magnets) along with other marketing team members.

Preferred experience

- You already have a convincing experience of 5 years as a Growth Outbound Manager in a tech/fast-paced environment. Experience in SaaS is a plus
- You’ve already achieved success in creating and expanding outbound strategies using automation tools
- You have a test & learn mindset
- You can work with diverse stakeholders
- You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team and share your expertise
- You have a cheerful, enthusiastic, and sociable personality
- French is your mother tongue and you speak English at a high professional level
- Willing to work from our office in Paris, France
