In a context in which we plan to increase our revenues x10 over the next three years, you will have to implement a strong financial structure over multiple countries in order to secure a sustainable and profitable growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have direct impact on Worldia’s strategy and your financial analysis will strongly contribute to our development.

Missions

• Provide monthly / quarterly reportings and forecasts to the Board and Shareholders so that every decision is backed by a data-driven analysis
• Structure the cost controlling approach
• Support international expansion in different countries with multiple currencies while being compliant with specific financial and legal regulations
• Optimize the relationships with our providers to improve both Worldia’s cash position and payment terms
• Secure additional funding and subsidies with banks and public structures in the next 24 months to leverage our recent fundraising
• Monitor and improve administrative, legal and accounting processes (SAP by Design has been recently implemented)
• Manage the team of 1 accountant and 1 financial specialist

HQ at Saint Lazare (9th arrondissement) - other office in Berlin

• 7+ years of working experience in Finance with solid knowledge in FP&A and accounting (French GAAP & IFRS is a plus)
• Ideally, previous experience in similar playground: 50+ employee company facing exponential growth & international expansion
• Excellent mastery of data analysis
• Complete fluency in French and English
• Ability & willingness to both work at strategic level and to be hands-on
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Adaptability & entrepreneurial mindset
