About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented, community-minded and sustainable fashion passionate Influencer Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Influence, you will be responsible for supporting on developing the Vestiaire Collective influence strategy, creating opportunities for building the global influence community, and structuring global reporting processes.
This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with key teams across the company, including Social Media, PR, Creative, Commercial, Insights & Analytics.
What you will do 👜
Support the Head of Influence on the development of the Vestiaire Collective influence strategy and definition of the influence guidelines for all Regions to followLead the regions in the execution of all influence campaigns, including validation of profiles, creating briefs, and approval of the content createdDevelop strong and creative influence guidelines for our programmes as well as the amplification of other campaigns for the regions to followSupport the Head of Influence with the development of our key Influence programmes, currently including:
Development of monthly themes and structureCollaborate with Regions and other Global teams including PR and Onsite to build strong amplifying and 360 content where appropriateLead the ongoing search for fresh & new profiles to join our community and advocate for our message on social mediaSupport the regions in identifying, building and maintaining relationships with influencersWork closely with social team to share influencer assetsOrganize and manage influencer calendarOwn the global reporting process:
Create templates for regions to follow for maximum consistencyProviding global analysis, building weekly and monthly activity reports based on owned and earned KPIsEnsure influence strategy and execution always follows wider business and marketing objectives and KPIsConvey a strong understanding of performance-based, ROI-driven marketing with influencersUtilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, partner with internal data analytics and digital marketing teams and provide actionable insights for optimizationSeek new influence partners and platforms to collaborate with, responding to target audience interestsFollowing the latest trends in marketing, influence management, technology, and work on relaying them internallyAlways be looking for new approaches and ways to improve our influence campaignsWho you are ⭐
A minimum of 4 years of experience working in influence marketing, either for an agency or in-house (in e-commerce, fashion or a relevant industry)A global perspective: experience of working on global projects essential; having lived or studied in different geographies is a plusEstablished industry relationships and experience working with agency and influencer networksAnalytical with a strategic mindset: you have solid quantitative skills and know how to leverage influence to meet wider business and marketing objectivesCreative and curious: you believe influence can’t be measured by the numbers of followers only.
