We are currently seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our headquarters in Paris. The ideal candidate will be capable of working on 360° projects, including content creation and events, with a focus on developing the IMCAS community to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
We are looking for someone who thrives on innovation, possesses a curious cultural mindset, thinks creatively with an entrepreneurial spirit, and has a strong focus on staying updated with trends. Mastering various languages is a must.
Responsibilities:
COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Maintain and develop our strong community of physicians and boost our digital presence through PR and social media.
Identify and collaborate with talents.
Manage current social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp) and potentially develop new communities in the future (TikTok, WeChat, Line…).
Create content, suggest ideas, and innovate in collaboration with the marketing team.
Maintain and develop our brand reputation and positioning.
Set up social media advertisement campaigns.
Implement KPIs, report performance, and conduct benchmarking.
EDITORIAL
Organize and collaborate with the team on multiple projects and meet key deadlines to ensure successful content delivery (photos, videos, podcasts, copywriting).
Contribute to the editorial projects, including a magazine, blog (copywriting articles, interviews, etc.)
Develop project briefs, budgets, and production/post-production guidelines.
EVENT ANIMATION
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Collaborate and work with the marketing team and a press agency in charge of PR for our main events.
Develop digital PR strategies.
· Significant experience (minimum of 3 years) in communication and content projects
. Project and production skills: quality/costs/timings.
· Community management skills and thorough understanding of social media platforms (Western and Eastern).
· Native or C2 fluency in both French and English, written and oral (proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Chinese is desirable).
· Event management experience (an experience specifically in medical event industries would be welcome).
· Experience and knowledge with video content creation & video editing software.
· Graphic design (print/digital) skills. Great knowledge of Canva is required, Indesign would be a plus.
