About the job
Talent acquisition is key for us, as our goal and ambition are to be the first active partner in job searches for European tech talents.
That is why, today, we are looking for a passionate and experimented Operations Campaign Manager to join our operational team and take the lead on designing and improving the candidates’ touchpoint journey on talent.io platform.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- In cooperation with Ops Leaders and other teams, designing and driving a candidate personalized messaging strategy and roadmap that addresses all relevant personas / audiences, within targeted segments.
- Designing the SOP and internal processes required to support that strategy
- Creating impactful templates used by sourcers and Talent Advocates as well as automating campaigns to source and reactivate candidates
- Managing, executing and monitoring all campaigns and tools (phone, SMS, 1:1 email, email campaigns, social networks, Linkedin jobs ads) to ensure a smooth and coherent candidate experience
- Coordinating Ops & Marketing touchpoints in order to inform and involve everyone
- Streamlining reactivation processes and optimizing sourcers workload
- Tracking performance (ROI of touchpoints, candidates reached vs acquired) to drive continuous improvement via building dashboards, reports and queries.
