Context

At Skello, our brand is the heart of our story. It's all about creating a strong image and clear messages that people remember. Our Brand Manager will be at the center of this, playing a key role in shaping how our brand feels and communicates.

As the future Brand Manager, you'll be the maestro of our brand's image, working closely with the Marketing, Product, HR, and Design teams to ensure every touchpoint with our customers is impactful and reflective of Skello's core values. Your job will be to make sure our brand message is crystal clear and hits the mark every time, whether it's through campaigns or the daily brand decisions you'll be guiding.

You will be joining a passionate, talented, and multidisciplinary team of 5 people, all pumped about innovation and creativity, aiming to lift our brand to new heights, for millions across Europe.

Missions

Strategy and Performance

  • Monitoring and analysis of the target audience, competitors, industry trends, customer feedback, and brand perception.
  • Stays abreast of branding trends and best practices, exploring new ways to create value for customers.
  • Complete knowledge of all touchpoints and communication sequences our customers are exposed to.
  • Work on brand strategy, setting objectives, tactics, and performance indicators.
  • Capable of crafting an engaging and emotional narrative with our customers, while highlighting our value proposition.
  • Develops a culture focused on ROI by measuring and analysing the impact of branding campaigns.
  • Communication and Collaboration

  • Communicates and collaborates with the Marketing, Product, HR, and Design teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Promotes a culture of innovation and progress, pushing further to enhance impact, distinction, and loyalty towards Skello.
  • Creation and Execution

  • Implements brand strategy in line with objectives.
  • Manages complete brand-related projects, ensuring they are completed within scheduled timelines and budgets.
  • Defines the positioning, personality, and voice of the Skello brand, ensuring they align with Skello product positioning and value proposition.
  • Designs and writes clear, engaging, and consistent content, calling on external writing skills when necessary to ensure content excellence.
  • Develops brand campaigns in alignment with the positioning, value proposition, personality, and voice of the Skello brand.
  • Creates concise and detailed briefs for the Marketing and Design teams, translating brand objectives into relevant creative instructions.
  • Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in brand management, with a strong emphasis on project management.
  • A keen interest in B2B/B2C technology products and branding.
  • ROI-focused data analysis skills to evaluate the brand, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic decisions.
  • Communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively and passionately defend your decisions.
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
