Your Role

As a Senior Front End Developer at Sifflet, you'll be an integral part of our mission to democratize data observability and positioning it as a cornerstone of enterprise data systems. You'll join our team to integrate new features, enhance the architecture of our product and develop new products. Your role is pivotal in delivering a platform composed of diverse products like Catalog and Monitoring, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across the board.

What You'll Do

• Shape the User Experience: Play a crucial role in delivering a product that meets the needs of both business and technical users through UX/UI design.
• Develop and Share Expertise: Make the most of the existing framework, define good practices, share your knowledge within Sifflet and mentor team members.
• Collaborate Widely: Work closely with frontend peers, backend engineers, designers, and product managers to bring user-facing features from idea to implementation.
• Enhance Productivity: Contribute to optimizing application performance, deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Go Beyond: While your role will mainly to work on front end development, we strongly encourage everyone to go beyond by working on other components with full stack work, by proposing new product ideas and taking initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Proficiency in Frontend Development: Strong knowledge of one front end framework (such as React, Vue, Angular, …) and great capacity to adapt to other technologies.
• Design and UX Sensibility: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to achieve consensus with peers and provide clear status updates.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Creative, organized, capable of driving ambitious projects from conception through coding to deployment.
