The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, leading to uncompared performances for a minimum of human work. Everyday Scibids AI autonomously optimizes thousands of campaigns in more than 30 countries to meet the needs of hundreds of customers. This generates a huge amount of data, and quantitative analysts use this data to make sure Scibids gets better and better with increased business-case exposures.
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be to teach campaign managers and traders how to use and leverage the Scibids software and therefore to actively participate in the adoption rate of the product by our customers. This position will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills. You will be interacting on a daily basis with several stakeholders (account managers, sales manager, data scientists, product managers…). You will report to the Global Lead of Account Management.
