In the context of our accelerated growth, we are looking to strengthen our international Team with a killer B2B Business Developer for our Cloud Solutions.

With a team of 77 members (12+ nationalities) spread across France, the UK, Germany, Singapore, Bulgara, Egypt and Vietnam. Customers enjoy working with our market leading SaaS offerings Cloudimage and Filerobot, including web leaders like Kiabi, Michelin, HugenDubel, Ludwig Beck, Heise Online and Hyundai.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that doubled its revenue in 2021. Scaleflex’ Sales team operates worldwide while keeping a priority focus on our main markets including Southern Europe and LATAM.

Main responsibilities & duties

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on the Spanish and LATAM markets mainly (with possibility to work also as a second step in the Portuguese and Italian markets), your mission will be to source and generate a maximum of commercial opportunities for the Sales team by qualifying new prospects corresponding to Scaleflex’ Ideal Customer Profiles. Among them are Digital leaders in E-Commerce, News and Media, Automobile, Real Estate, Banking and Insurance brands, but also digital agencies, IT consulting groups and software vendors.
You will benefit from a best-in-class stack of sales tools to exceed your sales targets (Cognism, Lemlist, Outreach, SalesForce, Snov, Sales Navigator, etc.).

Your missions and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Account Executives in your Territory in building a joint strategy to generate new business
  • Deliver sales development strategies, initiatives and activities to align with Salesflex’ Go-To-Market (GTM) plan
  • Follow-up, qualify and develop new prospects from demand-generation activities
  • Drive sales acceleration with new prospects to appointments
  • Create business opportunities for the Account Executive in charge of the Southern Europe and LATAM territories and directly manage and close the Startup and SMBs deals
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by identifying and connecting with key contacts, including potential Partners, to gather relevant information by phone, email, and on social media (like LinkedIn)
  • Moving validated leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing tactics and campaigns to generate qualified inbound leads on your territory
  • Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team on new opportunities
  • Engagement and enablement with target partners and driving demand generation with target channel partners in assigned territory

Preferred experience

  • A relevant Master’s degree in BA or any equivalent diploma in Business
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Developer with a track record of achieving sales targets. Fresh graduates with the right skill sets and foundation can be considered.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and proficient English, another language is a plus such as Italian and Portuguese (6+ languages spoken at Scaleflex)
  • A strong hunter mindset: you don’t easily give up and you are known to be resilient/competitive
  • Outstanding communication and objection handling skills, via cold calling and emailing
  • High interest for the digital startup ecosystem, SaaS, Cloud based solution
  • Experience with SalesForce (or other CRM software) and marketing automation tools
  • You are a team player and will enjoy collaborating with an Account Executive
