Job description

👫 Who are we looking for? Sales Manager who enjoys all aspects of the sales process from initial outreach to closing long-lasting deals to join our commercial team. In order to inspire our target customers to explore and implement unique Product Performance Management strategies enabled by ROI Hunter’s unique MarTech technology, the right candidate should be truly passionate about marketing & online retail.

🌍 Where? Hybrid in Brno, Czechia. For Slovak candidates - relocation to Czechia is welcome, other options upon mutual agreement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • You’ll be at the forefront of shaping the narrative of the emerging Product Performance Management category, redefining performance marketing efforts globally.

  • Work with Business Development, Customer Success teams, and our partners at Meta and Snapchat to develop and drive new business pipeline

  • Close high-value deals ranging from €3,000 to €30,000 in monthly recurring revenue across on average 90-day sales cycle.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact during the sales, legal, procurement & data integration processes, but also provide support to Customer Success Manager during early post-sales customer experience

  • Influence the product direction through collaboration with the product development team, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient in simplifying complex MarTech, AdTech, or CDP products for diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate new business pipelines to achieve revenue targets.

  • Track record of employing a consultative sales approach, with a commitment to continuous learning in advertising and online retail.

  • Meticulous use of CRM (HubSpot) and other sales tools, coupled with adept relationship-building skills with various stakeholders, ensuring consistent adherence to internal sales processes for predictable deal closures.
