👫 Who are we looking for? We are looking for experienced Business Developers to join our team where you will work on high-quality client research and outreach activities within the SaaS/eCommerce industry.

🌍 Where? Czechia—this could be a hybrid or remote position. You may also work from our offices in Prague and Brno.

🗓️ When? On mutual agreement

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Hunt for great sales opportunities in EMEA Region through smart research and outreach.

  • Build connections with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective organizations.

  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, or LinkedIn, sharing what we do and understanding their needs.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows.

  • Share valuable feedback to improve how we talk to prospects and nurture those who are not ready to commit.

  • Keep it all organized in our CRM (HubSpot)

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK IN COMMERCIAL TEAM

You’ll be joining the Demand Generation team within our global Commercial department, where you’ll collaborate with other key teams. Sales will help you pinpoint a selection of accounts and develop your outreach strategy, while Marketing will ensure the people you reach out to already know who we are and what we do.

We expect you to know the basics, but we’re here to help you develop and grow in your career. Your new boss will work with you to create a plan for your development at the company, based on your goals. Many Hunters work remotely, but the Demand Generation team enjoys meeting up on occasion for dinners, axe throwing, or stand-up shows (no pressure to perform!).

Preferred experience

  • 2+ years of B2B Business Development experience or in a similar role

  • Fluent and comfortable conducting cold outreach (by phone or email) in English.

  • Critical thinker, eloquent, empathetic, and target-driven

  • Proactive, able to work independently
