The position

Job description

At Qomon, we are on a quest to democratize technology in the political, nonprofit, and civic spheres. As a Junior Account Executive, your role is crucial in making technology more accessible in these sectors. You will be part of a revolutionary team, driving sales from discovery to close and actively exploring new territories for business.


Preferred experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales cycle A-Z in acquisition mode, prospecting across your assigned territory, and signing a maximum number of deals.

  • Execute sales process through discovery, solution/demo, pricing, negotiation, and close.

  • Balance inbound and outbound leads, optimizing commercial velocity by balancing execution speed and conversion rates.

  • Strategically cultivate new business and lead opportunities, leveraging innovative strategies as well as traditional sales prospecting sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Lemlist.

  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and CSMs, leveraging the Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth on your segment.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive Qomon’s market leadership.

2️⃣ A longer interview to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person).

  • A demo of our product and the opportunity to interact with another team member who is not involved in the recruitment process, and if you visit the office, a coffee with your potential coworkers.

3️⃣ A test that can be done from our office or from home (whichever you prefer) to clearly assess your skills.

4️⃣ A final call with a co-founder about the company culture, the fit, and the responsibilities.
