    We are looking for a passionate member of the gaming community to lead, engage and interact with our growing user base. As a Community Manager you will use Powder’s social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Discord etc.) to support, maintain, and grow a community of gamers and creators looking to create awesome gaming content.

    Job description

    • Be the voice of Powder in Powder’s social networks
    • Gather, prepare, and share Powder gaming highlights and branded content across social media platforms
    • Organize events with our community (game nights, AMAs, etc.) to engage our gamers and creators and understand our Powder users from the inside out
    • Maintain and manage ongoing partnerships with creators
    • Collect and report user feedback, including technical bugs or other improvement ideas
    • Lead a dialogue with Powder users - understand what they love and what they would improve about our products to help incorporate their feedback into Powder’s development
    • Support and grow our community by replying to messages/comments in a timely manner
    • Respond to and implement partnership/sponsorship requests from community members and other like-minded organizations
    • Brainstorm, develop and implement events to foster greater community engagement (giveaways, challenges, etc…)
    • Create and regularly update personal performance reports
    • Create and manage a steady stream of social media channels in an organized fashion, creating original content when necessary and recycling existing community content (game clips, blog posts, etc.) where appropriate
    • Keep up to date with current trends across social media and gaming

    Preferred experience

    • Passionate about gaming, web3, social, or all of the above
    • Flawless English language abilities, French proficiency not required
    • Proactive attitude
    • Very familiar with general and gaming specific social media networks
    • Student or experienced in business, communication or related fields
    • Curious, creative, responsive, autonomous, organized and proactive
    • Strong interest in Generation Z and vast culture in new digital trends
    • iOS user preferred but not required
