The opportunity

Join us on this exciting mission where you will have the unparalleled opportunity to transform PayFit into a recognized love brand, by driving a fresh dynamic across the entire organization.

Your challenge will be to translate our brand platform into concrete and memorable brand actions, engaging key internal stakeholders, including our executive and leadership teams, to collectively develop a strong and beloved brand.

We are looking for someone with strong convictions, ready to embrace this challenge with ambition and creativity. As part of our new 3 years strategic plan and as we are going downmarket and focusing on small segment targets (widening our addressable market), we will have a strong focus on our brand positioning.

As a key project of this plan and to be able to address our core targets, we will have a rebranding strategy, led in collaboration with the design team.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement a strong brand to make PayFit a thought leader and develop a strong image for our ICP.

-Build and develop an external communication, social media and PR strategy to enhance PayFit's market presence and reputation in our 3 key markets.

- Support the content lead in the content creation, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity across all channels.

- Facilitate and drive a closer collaboration between internal and external communications teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of messaging to amplify our brand's voice across all platforms and stakeholder groups

- Develop with the PR lead all PR initiatives to cultivate and maintain positive media relations and enhance our public image.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and communication plans.

Ensure consistency across marketsGlobal-Local balance:

- Strike a balance between global brand consistency and local market relevance by establishing a framework for localization that respects the core brand values and messaging while adapting to local languages, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviors.

- Cross-Market collaboration: foster collaboration across different country’s marketing leaders through regular meetings and knowledge-sharing platforms. Encourage markets to share successes, challenges, and learnings to identify opportunities for synergy and innovation.

- Market-Specific objectives: while maintaining a cohesive global strategy, set clear, measurable objectives for each market based on local business goals and market conditions. Regularly review these objectives to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy. They will be the one to execute the plan locally.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

- Foster a creative and dynamic team environment, leading and mentoring a team of professionals.

What you bring to the Team

- Proven experience in brand management, communications, and PR in the B2B or SaaS sectors.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

- Strong strategic thinking and creativity in developing communication and PR plans.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
