The position

Job description

The Customer Success team ensures customers achieve their fuel efficiency goals and have a great experience with our solutions.
Our missions are multi-disciplinary: flight operations, IT (data analysis, customization), project and change management. With the idea of offering the best results to our customers, we need to monitor their success and progress.
The internship will take place in the Customer Success team by focusing on the development and creation of tools helping to monitor customers’ data (data quality, data integration) and/or to easily detect improvement axis regarding customers’ operations:

  • Put in place alerts in case of data issues or abnormal analysis
  • Automatization and improvement of existing tools
  • Analysis of customers’ operations
  • Provide insights regarding improvement axis
  • Definition of call to actions depending on the analysis

Depending on the experience, the skills and the willingness of the intern, the hereabove tasks are adapted and some domains are variably deepened.

Essential skills

  • Computer Science (Python, Java)
  • Knowledge of common data formats (csv, json, Excel files) and usual data processing workflows
  • Advanced English level
  • Aeronautical, flight and airlines operations: performance, regulation, planning

Interesting knowledge

  • Flight data recorders
  • Knowledge in fuel optimization, dispatch, safety, punctuality

Preferred experience

Master student, you have a background in Computer Science and an interest for Aeronautics, Civil Aviation, Airline Operation.

You are rigorous, curious and analytical.

You demonstrate autonomy while being able to work in a team.
