As a seasoned Senior Manager, Field Marketing, APAC, the successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments. This role will report into our Vice President, Global field marketing, based in London - UK. This is a hybrid role, based either in our Singapore or Sydney office.
What you will be doing
Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with Ogury's overall marketing and sales objectivesLeverage market insights to identify campaigns to resonate with key stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with revenue targets, providing them with the tools and resources needed for successPartner with Product Marketing and Communications to translate product positioning and messaging into impactful field marketing campaignsImplement brand-building initiatives across the region, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiencesLeverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposureIdentify and nurture customer advocates, leveraging their stories and successes to drive case studies, testimonials, and referralsOrganize and host customer events, roundtables, and forums to foster deeper relationships and gather valuable feedback for product developmentEstablish and monitor KPIs for field marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROIOptimize processes and workflows to ensure efficient execution of marketing activities, including budget allocation, event logistics, and content creationConduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for thought leadership and market differentiationPerform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and inform marketing strategies that highlight our unique value propositionAbout you
Extensive experience within marketing rolesExceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholdersDirectly manage a team providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive successful field marketing campaigns and initiatives.Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performanceExperience in scaling marketing efforts in high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility in a rapidly changing landscapeEagerness to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementExperience within Adtech is preferred
