Job description

Modjo's vision is to become a category leader in business team productivity tools. Our ambition is to help businesses accelerate their human and commercial growth through a productivity platform based on customer interaction analysis. With Modjo, we help our clients in:

- Increasing the revenue of their sales & customer success teams by using our onboarding, coaching, and call review modules.

- Getting data into their CRM effortlessly.

- Enabling their teams to work better together.

Launched in 2019, we are a team of 65 people, assisting over 200 clients such as BackMarket, Doctolib, Swile, and Bouygues Telecom in France and abroad. From the beginning of our journey, we have been supported by prominent business angels: Michael Benabou, co-founder of Veepee; Rodolphe Ardant, founder and CEO of Spendesk; Steve Abou Rjeily, co-founder of Doctolib; Thibaud Hug de Larauze, founder and CEO of BackMarket, as well as Aglaé (VC). Two years later, we announced our €7 million Series A funding round with Daphni (VC) to invest heavily in our product and provide exceptional service in the CRM industry.

Missions :

1- Innovation 💡

- You will be responsible for creating new features for the Modjo product, handling both the frontend work and the implementation of backend endpoints behind it

- In this quest for continuous improvement, you will also be responsible for building a better product & a more efficient and relevant transcript, by anticipating needs to always have the right business impact

2- Scaling 🏔

- You will be working on a React web app currently used by 10,000 users, with the goal of scaling it to hundreds of thousands of users

- Therefore, continuous improvement of delivery, tooling, and infrastructure will be crucial

3- Knowledge transmission 🗣

- Team spirit is one of Modjo's values! Collaborative support will help establish and follow the best practices for building Modjo.

- Regardless of your seniority, knowledge sharing will enable the team to grow and deliver high-quality work.

Target Profile :

- You already have a solid experience on working on technically challenging production projects (3 years minimum)

- You have proficient skills on our stack (React, AWS, Node.js, Typescript)

- You want to join a company where the product you will be building is core to our strategy

- You want to join a fast growing company (x4 in the coming year)

- You are willing to take ownership, with your squad, on the part of the product you will be responsible for

- We are remote-friendly: up to 2 days of remote work is allowed per week.

4- Final interview with Matthieu (CTO) - on site (30min)
