Modjo is growing quickly and faces many innovative legal challenges in terms of data protection and contract management & monitoring. We need a motivated and competent person to strengthen the legal team and accompany this growth.
In this context, when you arrive you will support Modjo’s Legal Manager & DPO in her daily tasks to improve Modjo’s compliance and organisation in order to prevent and limit risks.
Your day to day roles will be to:
Draft and review contracts: draft and review data processing agreements, SaaS and supplier agreements and employment agreementsDeliver legal advice: answer legal questions from our prospects, clients, employees in order to provide them with appropriate and practical solutionsEngage in GDPR compliance: update the register of processing activities, respond to rights requests, identify and implement compliance actionsParticipate in the structuring of the service: implementation of legal processes and routines, legal and regulatory watcHow you’ll learn and grow with us
Follow a tailored onboarding program and participate in the “Modjo Academy” with your peers from other teamsYou’ll be trained and coached on a daily basis by a manager with a strong legal backgroundInteractions with various other teams that will make you ramp-up quickly on a wide range of legal topicsFast-pace growth that will bring you complex and various challenges to solve and learn fromYou’re a great fit if you
You are french-native or 100% fluent in french (studied in France) to be able to read / write french contracts and understand french legal specificities You are comfortable in an international and english-speaking environment (conversational, reading and writing)You have a Master Degree or the French Bar Exam and knowledge in Contracts and Data Protection laws.
