Job description

Modjo's vision is to become a category leader in business team productivity tools. Our ambition is to help businesses accelerate their human and commercial growth through a productivity platform based on customer interaction analysis. With Modjo, we help our clients in:

- Increasing the revenue of their sales & customer success teams by using our onboarding, coaching, and call review modules.

- Getting data into their CRM effortlessly.

- Enabling their teams to work better together.

Launched in 2019, we are a team of 65 people, assisting over 200 clients such as BackMarket, Doctolib, Swile, and Bouygues Telecom in France and abroad. From the beginning of our journey, we have been supported by prominent business angels: Michael Benabou, co-founder of Veepee; Rodolphe Ardant, founder and CEO of Spendesk; Steve Abou Rjeily, co-founder of Doctolib; Thibaud Hug de Larauze, founder and CEO of BackMarket, as well as Aglaé (VC). Two years later, we announced our €7 million Series A funding round with Daphni (VC) to invest heavily in our product and provide exceptional service in the CRM industry.

Your missions :

- Onboard our customer: ramp up clients quickly and efficiently and ensure that they understand the value we deliver, have the best practices and become addicted to Modjo!

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients: build and foster strong relationships with a portfolio of established clients via regular touchpoints that will help them always improve their use of Modjo. 

- Understand client needs/requirements in order to provide forward thinking business recommendations and appropriate product/service(s) trainings 

- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts

- Be the voice of the customer within Modjo: coordinate with the product & sales team to provide feedback & request from clients. You have a key role in product evolution & innovation. A lot of new features and business opportunities come from our clients' unexpected use-cases that are mentioned by the AM team. 

- Participate in team projects: we are constantly learning and building new things for our team. Optimizing processes, integrating new tools, creating content for customers are just a few examples where you could explore the possibilities

Your profile :

Required skills

- People person :  you know how to build confidence and share good vibes

- Excellent communication skills : you are at ease with oral communication and have a flair for everything

- Structured : you are rigorous, you know how to follow a process and make it evolve.

- Full professional proficiency in English and native in French

Bonus skills & experiences : 

- Speaking Spanish or German is a ++

- A first experience as Account Manager / Customer Success Manager is a ++
