Your role will be to develop our business with our existing top industrial accounts, to leverage high growth potential : our partners are world top manufacturers and have many production sites allover the world.
Accompanied by the Chief Sales Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:
Diagnose and draw up a sales action plan for your entire portfolio in order to develop sales on a long-term basis
Shaping and developing account strategies to create new business opportunities, especially customer expansion (new production sites, upsell) for Mercateam in France
Identifying, prospecting and covering key contacts (both on group, BU & Production sites level), building and selling your customized sales proposals
Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders throughout the entire sales process
Create value and have an industry consulting approach in the whole sales cycles
Understand Mercateam use cases & leverage ROI or POC results across the organizations
Collaborate with our Customer Success Manager that are working with our existing partners
Representing Mercateam at trade shows and conferences in France and Europe.
As an Key Account Manager, your impact on Mercateam’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increase Mercateam ARR !
Being a senior Key Account manager requires a wide skills set and a high level of energy:
Ambitious and challenger: You have a proven ability to exceed business sales targets and drive continued revenue growth preferably with Mid and Enterprise Accounts (>100M€ turnover)
Experienced: You have strong full and complex sales cycle experience (5+ years of relevant closing experience) preferably in a technology/software environment, demonstrating a successful history of outbound prospecting and closing deals
Structured: you understand quickly, you will have to appropriate quickly the challenges faced by major manufacturers
Accountable and organized: you move forward methodically, following your prospects to the end
Open-minded and leader: You are known for your natural ability to build relationships, your leadership and negotiation skills
Fluent in English is a must since our partners have production sites allover the world
Knowledge of the industrial sector is a plus!
