Job description


People are at the heart of ManoMano’s culture around our 3 core values : boldness, ingenuity and responsibility. 

We are looking for an outstanding Business Developer to continue our growth story and help us drive our business to the next level. Within the France Sourcing team, and reporting to the Lead Business Developer, you will occupy a position in a division that is key to ManoMano's growth. At ManoMano a Business Developer has the roles of a Sales Development Representative and an Account Executive. You will recruit our future sellers and help them rocket their sales during their first months.  You will immediately impact our growth in a measurable way and benefit from a large autonomy to achieve your goal.


  • Identify: Hunt and detect the right prospect and the right contact who will become a top partner for ManoMano.
  • Pitch: Present and convince about the opportunity to work with ManoMano by phone and face-to-face on occasion.
  • Deal: You will negotiate and secure the best business conditions to ensure the highest chance to turn the partnership into success.
  • Develop: You will manage completely the integration of ManoMano and business performance of your new sellers portfolio during their launching period.
  • Innovate: Overcome any obstacles autonomously with innovative solutions.
  • Profile requirements

  • Bac +5 graduated from one of the best Business Schools (or similar university education).
  • You have at least 2 years of significant experience with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills in e-commerce.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with Sellers and stakeholder teams; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a ‚Äúhunter‚ÄĚ:You love pitching and negotiating with business owners and senior leadership.
  • Persistent, you never give up!
  • You have strong work rigour and analytical skills with the willingness to learn continuously in a demanding environment.
  • You continuously exceed expectations and want to have a job with a significant impact on your company.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Experience with SQL and DataViz tools is a big plus.
