Introduction: Already positioned as Europe’s leader in online Home Improvement, ManoMano continues to grow its business by developing the ManoMano Pro platform, dedicated to Home Improvement professionals and present in France since 2019, Spain and Italy since 2020, UK and Germany since 2022. Europe’s €400B B2B Construction/Renovation market has a tremendous potential to be disrupted by a digital revolution and made "ManoManoPro" ManoMano's main strategic growth project.

To help us achieve our ambitious targets, we are looking for a data-driven B2B Traffic manager assistant, within the B2B Marketing team.

Mission

Joining our dynamic team as a B2B traffic manager assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our quest to expand our B2B customer base. Collaborating closely with the Senior B2B acquisition manager, your mission is to drive accelerated growth across all our markets by devising and executing strategic campaigns tailored to acquiring new B2B customers for ManoManoPro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns designed to deliver targeted messages to our prospective B2B audience, ensuring optimal timing and effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to explore and launch initiatives to optimize existing campaigns

  • Collaborate with different internal departments to ensure maximum visibility of the acquisition touchpoints to improve the efficiency of our actions.

  • Liaise with sourcing and communication departments to coordinate the design and execution of acquisition-focused operations across various channels.

  • Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the performance of acquisition campaigns, generating comprehensive reports to derive actionable insights and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.


Profile requirement

  • Master 1 or 2 from a Great Business School / Engineering School / other (or equivalent university education)

  • Experience on a similar job is a plus

  • Creative / Innovative

  • Good digital culture

  • English bilingual

  • 100% customer oriented (or prefer customer centric)

  • Data Driven

  • Autonomous and adaptable (able to work in a constantly changing environment)
