Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Fashion & Beauty Texture Artist to join our creative team. As a Digital Fashion Texture Artist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality and consistent textures for a variety of fashion garments and footwear projects. This position requires proficiency in Substance Painter and/or Photoshop, experience with project management tools like Asana, and the ability to meet tight delivery deadlines.

Location: Remote (Seeking Agencies and Open to Individual Freelancers)

Contract position - ad hoc hours

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and consistent textures for fashion garments and footwear using Substance Painter and Photoshop.

• Handle a wide range of projects, from small-scale (5 textures) to large-scale (up to 2,000+ textures).

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team, ensuring reliable and effective collaboration.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excelling under pressure and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with company standards.

• Utilize Asana for project management, providing accurate delivery dates and updates on project progress.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of fashion garments, footwear and beauty products to ensure accurate representation in textures.

• Collaborate with teams in the US, and adhere to morning EST delivery time frames.

• Attend regular meetings with the studio project manager to review incoming project pipelines and address any roadblocks encountered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Texture Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficiency and access to Pt/Ps.

• Proactive with the ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented to move forward.

• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.

Additional Information

• The recruitment process will include a texturizing exercise.

• Fluent in English, French is a plus (collaborating with international teams and suppliers).
