You will join the Onboarding Team, led by Valentin (Growth Lead) as a full-stack developer. You will take on the ambitious challenge of developing and improving processes for our new merchants, and onboard them more efficiently at HERO.

To make it a real success, your missions will be to :
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web solutions.
Collaborate with Growth, Operations, and Development experts to design and implement functional solutions.
Write technical specifications and develop architectural plans to build efficient and high-quality products.
Ensure code quality thresholds.
Improve application performance and solve scalability issues.
Work closely with DevOps specialists to ensure efficient deployment and management of said solutions.
Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation.
Work autonomously and report directly to Joey, the CTO
Background in Software Engineering. You have years of experience in web development with NextJs, Typescript, and Python.
General technical skills. You know various tech stacks
Problem solver. You demonstrate a high level of autonomy, and persistence in solving complex situations, in your day-to-day work
Strategist. you have a strong business vision. You know what’s at stake.
Conscientious and rigorous. Quality is one of your main focuses, you know that the devil is in the details.
