Technology Stack

As an Operations Engineer, you will have the chance to work with the following technologies:

-          Active Directory services (ADDS, ADFS)

-          Group Policies Objects (GPOs)

-          DNS (Domain Name Services)

-          PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)

-          Authentication protocols (Kerberos, MFA etc.)

-          Quest One Identity Manager (Identity and Access solution)

-          Quest Active Roles (object management tool)

-          Microsoft Entra ID and much more

What will you do:

• Managing and maintaining the Active Directory and IAM infrastructure with focus on stability, security, and performance.

• Identifying and resolving issues related to services in charge.

• Dealing with reported incidents and service requests using ITSM tool (Cherwell) and resolving them according to defined SLAs.

• Create and maintain service-related documentation.

• Participating in capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure the Active Directory environment meets evolving business needs.

• Automating of repetitive tasks.

• Participating in On-call duty rotation.

You are experienced in:

• Windows Server 2012 – 2019 Active Directory

• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)

• Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD Connect

• DNS services

• Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

• Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken

What is beneficial:

• Knowledge and experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and processes

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API)

• ITIL process awareness (incident, change and problem management)

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online)
